The Pennsylvania State Association of Boroughs' (PSAB) Research Department is here to serve our 10,000 borough officials across the state. As elected officials and employees in your borough, you are expected to be knowledgeable about a variety of topics. If you have questions about the Borough Code or issues like zoning, budgeting, or responding to Right- to-Know requests, we can help.
Please peruse this section of the website for the Borough Code, sample ordinances and resolutions, governing resources, state agency information, and more.
