Weatherization Assistance Program; Grant Applications

 The Department of Community and Economic Development's (Department) Multifamily Weatherization Assistance Program will be accepting grant applications from eligible applicants interested in becoming a program administrator. Applications will be accepted from Monday, January 22, 2024, at 8 a.m. until Thursday, March 21, 2024, at 5 p.m. Interested community action agencies, city government agencies, county government agencies, local housing authorities, local redevelopment authorities and other public or nonprofit entities are encouraged to apply. Applicants must apply electronically through the Electronic Single Application for Assistance system located at http://www.esa.dced.state.pa.us.
